This policy explains what information The Vise ("we," "us") collects through thevisedevice.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Waitlist sign-ups: your name, email address and, if you choose to share it, whether you're a headache sufferer, a practitioner or other.
- Emails you send us: whatever you include in your message.
- Basic technical data: our host, Netlify, processes standard server data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
We don't ask for health information, and please don't send us any. This site doesn't use advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To send you updates about The Vise, including development news, launch timing and early-access offers.
- To send practitioner-specific updates if you told us you're a practitioner.
- To reply to your messages.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and send email (for example, Netlify, which hosts the site and receives form submissions), and only so they can do that work for us, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email drkyle@iceclinics.com. We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed for launch updates.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
