Meet the Inventor
Dr. Kyle Bryant, DC, CCEP
I'm a chiropractor and a Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner, and I've been in practice for more than 15 years. Over that time I've worked with a lot of patients who live with headaches, and they hold people back from work, family time and the simple things in life.
A big part of my work is cranial technique: precise, hands-on pressure applied to specific areas of the head. I kept seeing the same patterns, and patients kept asking how they could get that kind of pressure at home, between visits. So I set out to build it. The Vise is designed to bring the compression techniques I use in clinic into a device you can use yourself.

Yes. U.S. Patent No. 12,599,540, titled "Pressure pad headgear device," was granted to Kyle Bryant on April 14, 2026. An additional patent is pending.
Is The Vise FDA cleared?
No. The Vise is in development and has not been evaluated or cleared by the FDA. We'll share testing and regulatory updates as the product moves forward.
Does it replace medical care or medication?
No. The Vise is being designed as a drug-free option to use alongside your regular care, not instead of it. Talk with your healthcare provider about your headaches, and get medical help right away for a sudden, severe or unusual headache.
